Akademia.RE is an educational portal dedicated to real estate professionals. The platform delivers high-quality, specialized content designed to boost sales and enhance client relationships. By streamlining marketing efforts and reducing content duplication across multiple product lines, Akademia.RE was created to serve as a powerful tool for both user engagement and improved operational efficiency.

The marketing team identified an untapped opportunity: a significant demand for premium educational materials tailored to real estate professionals. They faced several challenges:

  • Content Gaps: Existing campaigns generated duplicate materials that were not effectively segmented for diverse audience needs.
  • Inefficient Workflows: Managing six distinct product campaigns led to inconsistent visuals and increased workload.
  • SEO & Market Potential: In-house SEO analyses confirmed strong search demand for quality educational content in the real estate niche.

These insights led to the hypothesis that a dedicated, gated portal would not only enhance audience segmentation but also streamline content management—delivering measurable business benefits.

We started with a strategic workshop to define conversion goals desired outcomes. next we crafted a striking visual identity for the brand and high converting website layouts. Finally we implemented it all in webflow for seamless CMS experience.
